I've been waiting here with a friend for over 2 hours and nothing arrives. The Burgerking is 20 minutes away by bike. If you call, nobody answers. Very bad staff.

? They always forget the fork with the fries ? and depending on which cashier you have, you get a decent börger

The food is always cold, something is always forgotten & employees hardly understand you! Worst branch in Kreyenbrück I've ever been to!

First forgot the drink, then the cutlery and finally a burger was missing. Therefore I unfortunately cannot report anything positive about today's visit.

The food and the prices are really great! But I noticed an Asian employee who seems to me to be quite impolite and impudent. You also notice that not only the customers are treated impolite, but also the employees behind the cash register. Talks with the employee are urgently needed!

Cold fries and the burger looks like it's had a life behind it. I wanted to give the shop another chance, but I won't make the mistake again.

During the Corona time we went to eat here for the second time today and it's just dirty and disgusting. The hygiene rules are adhered to zero, the tables and chairs are not disinfected ... everything is sticky and greasy. Maybe the public order office should stop by there.

Burger tasted cold, not toasted, kind of raw. No longer getting a King Deal menu which is why I went. Overall, a run down vibe, like the store is about to close.

Long delivery time. Much longer than stated. Savings are made with sauce on the Big King XXL. But there are plenty of onions on it. Sauce for the onion rings was not included.

Approx. 20 napkins and unnecessary disposable cutlery were packed in the food bag for 2 people. Sustainability looks different. Staff friendly, food o. K. - therefor each 1 star.

Eating spot a disaster! Outside and inside dirty and unkempt-child's chair was so dirty that it stuck. Trash cans overfilled - tables are not wiped (not even in 45 minutes)! No tablets are given out to eat (because of Corona) at Mc Donalds, however, it works! Despite a complaint during the stay, none of the employees thought they were moving - in response to my complaint, I received a "we cannot take care of everything"! Completely overwhelmed and listless staff !!!! They will NEVER see me again .. the last shop!

Since the delivery service has existed, it has been possible to have better deliveries because in the drive in you stand endlessly, many drive away again because it simply takes too long to stand usually 10 minutes. As a second car?

It tastes really good to me every now and then. It just can't be too often.

For Burger King standards, it's a very good restaurant. Very modern, they normally offer all of the special deals you can find in other locations and the staff is nice.
